Rezz Mitchell initially gained recognition as a musician and founded the record label M-Style. He later established Rezz Ent and produced his first concert featuring Nicki Minaj.

In 2020, Rezz Mitchell founded All Concerts, and Rezz Ent evolved into Rezz Mitchell Inc., a private company with interests in live entertainment, creative ventures, and strategic investments.
