Rezz Mitchell initially gained recognition as a musician before founding the independent record label M-Style. In 2008, he launched Rezz Ent and began producing concerts, booking Nicki Minaj as the featured artist for his first show.

In 2020, Rezz Ent evolved into Rezz Mitchell Inc., expanding its focus to live entertainment, creative ventures, and strategic investments. That same year, Rezz Mitchell founded All Concerts, a live music platform presenting emerging artists.
