Rezz Mitchell began his career as a musician and later founded the independent record label M-Style. In 2008, he launched Rezz Ent and began producing concerts, booking Nicki Minaj as the featured artist for his first show.

In 2020, Rezz Mitchell founded All Concerts, a live music venue focused on presenting emerging artists. That same year, Rezz Ent

rebranded as Rezz Mitchell Inc., expanding his work into

live entertainment, creative platforms, and strategic investments.
